General questions

AVX is based in Ambattur, Chennai, and serves corporate and institutional clients across Chennai and throughout India. For events outside Chennai, travel and logistics are planned as part of the quote.

Yes. AVX carries equipment rated for both indoor venues and outdoor setups, including weather-resistant LED panels, outdoor line-array sound systems, and truss rigging suitable for open-air stages.

Service-specific questions

LED Display P3, P2

P2 has a 2mm pixel pitch and P3 has a 3mm pitch. P2 produces a sharper image and is better when the audience is within 3–4 meters of the screen. P3 is suitable for slightly larger viewing distances and is more cost-effective for mid-size stages.

LED walls are modular — AVX assembles panels to any size the stage supports. Common corporate stage sizes range from 4m×3m to 12m×5m. We design the wall size based on venue dimensions, audience sightlines, and content format.

Yes. For outdoor events or large displays viewed at a distance, AVX carries coarser-pitch panels (P4–P10) that are brighter and weather-resistant. Indoor P2/P3 panels are not suitable for outdoor use.

Professional Sound Reinforcement

It depends on audience size, venue type (indoor vs outdoor), and whether the content is primarily speech or music. AVX assesses the venue and recommends a system — compact column arrays for up to 200 people indoors, line-array rigs for larger or outdoor events.

Yes. Every sound reinforcement rental includes a front-of-house engineer who handles setup, soundcheck, and live mixing for the full event duration.

Yes. AVX engineers are trained to manage mixed-content events — panel discussions, live bands, playback tracks, and award ceremony walk-ups all in the same show.

LED TV Displays

AVX carries LED TV displays across the full range from 40 inches up to 100 inches, including a 100" unit — the first available for rental in Chennai.

Yes. TVs are delivered with a stand, wall mount, or truss mount depending on your venue and setup, along with all signal cabling.

TVs are the better fit for smaller rooms, boardrooms, breakout sessions, and registration areas where the viewing distance is short and a full rigged LED wall isn’t necessary. For main-stage backdrops with a large audience, an LED wall is the right choice.

Audio Visual Equipment

AVX delivers, rigs, soundchecks, and operates all equipment on-site. Every rental includes an engineer on location for the duration of the event.

Both. AVX rents individual components and complete multi-room AV packages. For smaller requirements, a partial rental with an on-call engineer is available.

For corporate events in Chennai, book 2–3 weeks ahead during peak season (November–February). Larger productions with LED walls or multi-camera setups need 3–4 weeks for design and logistics.

Wireless Conference System

The system scales to the number of seats at the table — AVX assesses your panel or round-table size and configures the right number of delegate units, with a chairman unit for the session lead.

Both modes are available. AVX configures push-to-talk for formal panels and seminars, or voice-activated operation for faster back-and-forth discussion, based on your event format.

No. Delegate units are fully wireless, so there is no cabling to run under the table or between seats — this keeps the table clean for camera coverage and speeds up setup and teardown.

All Kinds of Lights

AVX carries moving head spots and washes, LED PAR cans, profile/ellipsoidal fixtures, blinder lights, and audience wash fixtures, plus truss, dimmer racks, and DMX control. The specific fixture count is planned per event.

AVX engineers design the lighting plot based on your event flow, stage layout, and creative brief. For complex productions, we collaborate with your creative director or agency to execute their vision.

Yes. AVX runs sound, video, and lighting from a coordinated show flow, with engineers communicating via talkback during the event to keep cues tight.

Multi-Camera Shoot

Yes. AVX uses 4K-capable professional cameras for multi-camera shoots, so both the live switched feed and the individually recorded ISO footage are available in 4K for highlight reels, reprints, and future edits.

A standard conference keynote typically uses 3 cameras: a wide stage shot, a close-up on the speaker, and an audience reaction shot. Larger events or panel discussions may need 4–6 cameras. AVX recommends based on the event format.

Yes. AVX handles live streaming to YouTube, corporate platforms, or private CDNs simultaneously with ISO recording. Every camera feed is recorded individually in 4K for post-production.

Yes. AVX provides the vision mixer, on-screen graphics (lower-thirds, name supers, logos), and the streaming encoder. The full production chain is handled in-house.
