Corporate events, run end-to-end.
Full-service corporate event management from AVX — conferences, product launches, award nights, AGMs, and roadshows. We handle equipment design through live operation, all delivered directly under the AVX name by a crew of in-house engineers.
Everything from the signal chain to the show flow.
Every corporate event package is built around the event itself. AVX specifies, rigs, and operates the full production chain with in-house engineers.
LED Walls
P2 and P3 fine-pitch LED walls for close-viewing corporate stages, plus coarser-pitch panels for outdoor or large-format displays.
Sound Systems
Line-array and compact column PA systems tuned for speech intelligibility and music reproduction, with front-of-house engineers.
Stage Lighting
Moving heads, LED wash fixtures, PAR cans, and profile spots — designed as a lighting plot and operated live from the console.
AV Equipment
Microphones, digital mixers, video switchers, confidence monitors, and full signal routing infrastructure.
Multi-Camera Production
Multi-camera rigs with live vision mixing, ISO recording, and streaming output for events that need a live feed or recording.
Wireless Conferencing
Complete wireless delegate and chairman microphone systems for panels and round-tables, with no cable clutter on the table.
On-Site Engineers
In-house sound, lighting, and video engineers who rig, program, and operate every system during the event — not contractors.
Consult, design, rig, operate, wrap.
A clear five-stage process from first briefing to final pack-out. The same team that designs the system is the team that runs it.
Consult
We start with the event brief — date, venue, audience size, format, and creative objectives. Every recommendation flows from the specific event, not a catalogue.
Design
AVX engineers design the equipment plan: speaker placement, LED wall dimensions, lighting plot, camera positions, and signal routing. You receive a detailed proposal.
Rig
The crew arrives on-site to rig equipment — truss, LED panels, line-array hangs, camera positions, cabling. Full setup and soundcheck before doors open.
Operate
In-house engineers run the show live — front-of-house mixing, vision mixing, and lighting cues, all coordinated via talkback.
Wrap
After the event, the crew de-rigs and packs out. You receive a wrap-up and, for multi-camera shoots, the recorded ISO feeds for post-production.
Delivered directly by AVX, not subcontracted.
Corporate events are handled end-to-end under the AVX name. That means one accountable team from the first consultation through final pack-out — the engineers who design the system are the engineers on the console during the show.
No layered subcontractors, no handoff between delivery and operation. When something needs adjusting mid-event, the fix comes from someone who already knows the signal path.
